I get asked all the time how I maintain my #recovery and optimism?

The #truth is, I still have panic attacks, depression episodes, fears, daily anxiety, and more.

I have to work at it every minute of every day. YES it’s exhausting, most days. It’s a practice like anything else. On the absolute worst days I have to have #faith it will get better.
